"Located at the core of the historical peninsula."
Built in the 15th century by Fatih Sultan Mehmet, this palace served as the Ottoman residence from the 1500’s to the 1800’s. It is located at the junction of the Bosphorus, Marmara Sea and the Golden Horn. There are several courtyards with beautiful trees and gardens. Inside, you will find exhibits of oriental porcelain, crystal and silver, jewels and clothing worn during the Ottoman reign. The Harem is a separate visit and must be done through a guided tour. This is a must-see on during your visit!
